Grease build up in a kitchen exhaust system is a fire hazard that can be reduced by regularly scheduled cleanings. The grease is removed to bare metal as required by NFPA 96. This standard of cleaning also reduces unsanitary kitchen hazards. The entire system will be cleaned from hood to fan with no mess left behind.
